Karlo Broussard

Appearing at the Family Life Center

 EVERYONE IS INVITED

Karlo is a well-respected Catholic apologist from Crowley, who also used to head a pretty good Cajun band, Standard Time.

He has been a frequent guest on Catholic Answers LIVE radio program, which can be heard through EWTN Radio.  You can listen to his appearances by going to the Catholic Answers LIVE website.  In the Guest search box, type Karlo’s name; a new window will open up; follow the directions to listen or download.

He has had articles published in This Rock magazine, the most respected magazine of Catholic apologetics.  His most recent article is not up on the This Rock website yet; however, you can read his Oct. 2006 article about the conscience: what it is and its proper formation.

Sunday evening, Karlo will address Moral & Religious Indifferentism, wherein he will respond to the common assertion from non-Christians, “It doesn’t matter what you believe because there is no absolute standard of right and wrong.”  Further, he will respond to the common assertion from non-Catholics, “It doesn’t matter what you believe as long as you believe in Christ Jesus.”

Note: I’m sorry about the poor formatting; but for some reason, the WordPress editor won’t allow me to put in paragraphs.  It really, really, really bothers me!

I didn’t get a chance to download photos from last night yet. I expect to be able to do it tonight. As soon as I do, I’ll post them.

Guys, it was great to be there with you for this talk. Karlo gave me copies of his CD’s and they are in the Library. Enjoy

    Brad,

Thank you so much for your work at helping to make our liturgy so beautiful this Easter. (Of course, I thank Fr. McNeill, too – and not just as an afterthought.)

I wish you God’s blessing in your final year at seminary.
